About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to spearhead our national expansion. As the successor to our co-founders in this role, you'll take on the direct responsibility of being our B2B sales leader.

In this role, you will be responsible for strategically building a pipeline of potential partners, developing and maintaining strong relationships with mid-market businesses, and negotiating/closing new contracts that drive profitable growth for Undergrads. Moreover, we plan to build out our sales team in 2024, so this role offers the golden opportunity to quickly transition into a leadership position.

This role is critical to the success of Undergrads, so the ideal candidate will be an incredibly ambitious/gritty individual with a proven track record of success in mid-market sales (preferably in logistics/transportation, corporate relocation, real estate, property management, or FF&E industries).

You will be:

  • Managing all components of the sales cycle as well as ongoing account management.
  • Creating and expanding a strong pipeline through proactive new lead generation and deepening existing partnerships.
  • Consulting with management at target businesses to understand their unique challenges and needs.
  • Employing a consultative sales approach to develop and present tailored solutions that align with prospect's business goals.
  • Effectively negotiating agreements and closing new deals that lead to profitable growth for Undergrads.
  • Ensuring a flawless initial experience for new partners and continuously fostering relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and plans.
  • Continuously exceeding sales targets and driving Undergrad's growth and market expansion.
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer information and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Leveraging partner feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to continually enhance our service offerings and identity growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with all departments at Undergrads and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Working primarily out of the Undergrads' corporate office, with flexibility for travel as needed.

You should have:

  • 3+ years experience in a full cycle (prospecting to closing) B2B sales role - preferably in logistics/transportation, corporate relocation, real estate, property management, or FF&E industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships.
  • Competitive and creative drive to win over customers and think outside the box to get a deal done.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Quick learning ability, a relentless work ethic, and a burning desire to always be at the top of the leaderboard.
