Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Senior Lease Account Executive. The Senior Lease Account Executive plans, organizes, and sells full line of truck leasing services including: Long-Term Full-Service Lease, Contract Maintenance, Long Term Rental, Service Sales and other services offered by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects within assigned local territory. Assumes lead sales role and works with the local Lease Account Manager on new business opportunities. Position requires a broad knowledge of the Company’s services, products and marketing techniques.
- Identifies all truck and equipment along with next opportunity date, current supplier and existing opportunities within local area of responsibility and record findings in CRM system.
- Creates target lists and aggressively pursues credit-worthy prospects.
- Identifies, develops and applies strategy necessary to obtain signed contract and/or sale by making all company products and services available to customers and prospects.
- Maintains a full sales pipeline at all times.
- Regularly calls on prospective accounts and assigned customers within assigned territory; keeps current on new products, competitive influences, market and industry trends, services and other general information of interest that will support in account management and sales efforts.
- Achieve full product and service offering penetration of assigned accounts by coordinating the efforts of the Service and Rental departments.
- Works closely with PacLease National Accounts group, leverage this resource to identify leads and assisting in the sales and closing processes of future opportunities within assigned territory.
- Travels as required, participates in sales blitzes, identifies and markets to generate new business opportunities as outlined in the position summary, conducts sales and capabilities presentations, qualifies opportunity, quantifies value match and closes business using the MHCTL VAS sales process and establishes relationships with key accounts and calls on them regularly. Strong mentorship may be required.
- Refers customer issues to proper authority of the Company, generally the Branch Manager.
- Maintains the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving the Customer and identifying their business objectives.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effective time management and strong analytical skills are a must.
- Minimum 5 years truck rental/leasing industry, minimum 3-6 years as a successful full service lease salesperson.
- Familiar with medium and heavy-duty truck specifications including legal, performance, and application criteria.
- Have/obtain CDL (commercial drivers license) within 120 days of employment.
- College Degree preferred.
- Strong computer skills highly desired.
