KEY TASKS:
- Enthusiastically embrace the MarineMax values and mission statement, effectively conveying these to all Team Members through your example.
- Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing team members; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Consult with Human Resources to ensure all requirements are met before taking any employment actions.
- Permit Acquisition
- Resource material options to provide the most cost-effectiveend product long term
- Create detailed project schedule and work plan
- Create overall workflow schedulein communication with owners needs and project requirements.
- Assist in obtaining Quotes for Materials and Subcontractors
- Communicate the schedulewith the subs once selected to ensure a smoothworkflow
- Compile Material submittals
- Once submittals are approved, order materials and coordinatetheirdelivery to meet the projectscheduletimeline and space availability onsite.
- Coordinate with the General superintendentand owner to allocate adequate manpower to the projects.
- Organize housingfor staff onsite at project locations
- Ensure environmental compliance is being installed and maintained
- Communicate with general super and project super/pm to oversee work being performed onsite by both Midcoast staff and subcontractors
- On-site Inspections of the project site(s) as required
- Oversee milestonesand critical events in the field.
- ScheduledRaw material Delivers with significantlead times.
- Coordinatewith vendors and suppliers to address any quality control issues or modifications needed to give a good end product.
- Ensure testing is completed where needed for designgoals
- Assistgeneralsuper in oversight of company owned equipmentand small tools budget
- Assist general superintendent with rental equipment acquisition and return when work is completed to ensure we operate within budget.
