Senior Marketing Manager

This position serves as the expert for the planning, technical execution, and oversight of all online and digital marketing campaigns for Truvista located in Milwaulkee, WI.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to review and identify gaps in established marketing strategies while presenting solutions in closing those gaps. Familiarity with marketing resources available for both the execution of as well as tracking the success of marketing campaigns is required. The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of an approved marketing campaign, set timelines, and regularly communicate progress and address potential concerns to the client.

A Brand Ambassador and Market Strategist background is required to be successful in this role. A strong proficiency and a successful track record in SEO, Wordpress management, and Social Media Marketing is preferred for this position. An understanding of digital advertising tracking and budgeting is preferred. Also, project work or customers in the construction, remodeling or building materials spaces highly preferred.

Required Skills/Experience/Education:

• Home improvement, construction and building materials market experience required
• Experience in building and executing brand strategies
• Knowledge and understanding the tactics of marketing channels
• Proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
• Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google AdWords, GTMetrix
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Self-starter who needs little supervision to stay on task or take initiative
• An eye for critiquing visual media (videos, images) for marketing uses
• BS degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
