Overview:

Premier America Credit Union is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager who will be responsible for the oversight of all significant corporate projects, including resource utilization, budgets, enforcement of project schedules, appropriate communication to all stakeholders, and the execution of project work plans. Performs system and workflow analysis to improve productivity and to alleviate bottlenecks. Serves as the liaison between the project teams, vendors, and management.

What You Will Do:

• Oversees all aspects of projects to include due diligence, initiation, planning, execution and closing stages.
• Defines project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Responsible for preparing and executing project plans on approved projects.
• Reviews project plans and milestones to ensure project plans are being followed on a timely basis and deliverables are met.
• Manages the process and teams to accomplish project goals.
• Leads the planning and implementation of special projects in company operations.
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Asset Control.
• Provides management assistance in developing sound project strategy.
• Performs system and workflow analysis to improve productivity and to alleviate bottlenecks.
• Manages and implements project changes/interventions to achieve completion.
• Acts as a liaison to expedite projects or problem resolution as it relates to product development, system upgrades and new releases and assesses system training issues.
• Conduct project post implementation reviews.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5-10 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional Certification preferred
• Certified Scrum Master certification preferred
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall disciplines
• Experience leading IT related projects including Cloud Migrations, Infrastructure upgrades.
• Operating system upgrades/deployments and software development.
• A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.

Pay Grade Info:

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all our job postings regardless of State. We set standard pay ranges for all roles based on function and level of expertise, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is: $103k - $128k annually
