GENERAL SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director, G&A Applications, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned projects are defined well, stay on track, stay within budget and adher to all compliance requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
- Leads project meetings and acts as Scrum Master and Task Master to keep project team focused
- Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 8 years of experience
- PMP, CSM or Project Management Certifications is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of IT Business Software Implementation project management experience
- Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Epicor nice to have
Base Hourly compensation range:
Bay Area Range: $62.50/hr - $75.48/hr
