We are seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to join our team
- We are a small and mighty company that is continuing to grow.
- You will have the opportunity to help the company continue to grow and have the potential to build an HR department in the future.
- This hands-on, strategic role will be the sole HR representative in the company.
- You will be managing every facet of the HR function.
- You will be the right-hand person to the CEO.
Key Experience Needed: Senior Director, Human Resources
- 12 years or more of comprehensive HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business Administration or other related required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel, Google Applications, HRIS.
- Proficiency with and experience establishing an HRIS and talent management system.
- PHR certification preferred.
Position Responsibilities-Senior Director, Human Resources
- Strategically partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that foster organizational growth, enhance employee engagement, and reinforce our company culture.
- Lead talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development, to ensure a robust pipeline of leaders and skilled professionals.
- Spearhead the design and delivery of employee compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Oversee the development and execution of performance management processes that support employee growth and organizational objectives.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on policy interpretation, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Drive change management processes to support business transformation and adaptability.
- Implement and maintain a secure, comprehensive HRIS integrated with the existing ERP system.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding company records and employee information.
- Promote a harassment-free work environment, reporting any incidents promptly.
- Ensure adherence to affirmative action, EEO policies, and other company regulations.
- Engage in proactive company performance management, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Maintain effective communication with staff, cascading important company updates.
- Prepare and manage the HR department's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
