Summary: The primary role of the Vice President of Operations is to oversee the dental operation for our Arizona Markets (Phoenix and Tucson) and will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
The VP of Operations will need to reside in Arizona.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to enhance the overall patient experience, service quality, and profitability of practices within the market.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of dental managers and operational staff to drive exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to drive patient appointments.
- Work closely with the COO to develop and execute effective promotional strategies, financial performance, and budgets.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to optimize costs and service quality.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all properties adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements.
Education and/or Experience:
- 4-7 years of Senior management experience
- Dental industry experience preferred
- Exceptional leadership, team building, and people management skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in financial analysis and budget management.
- Innovative thinker with a track record of identifying and implementing growth opportunities.
- Proven success in managing and growing dental practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers and office staff.
