Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and Drive the MarTech Program in partnership with the Business and Product teams to create a quality product that delivers on the CBA and decommissioning UCEE, SFMC and migrating STARTS to the new Adobe platform
- Partner with engineering & Product teams on the creation of requirements and user stories
- Ensure commitments are delivered on time and on budget, including identifying and resolving risks and issues
- Build a collaborative culture and foster relationships with strategic partners with focus on innovation, growth, and continuous improvement
- Partner with stakeholders on creation of value story/business case and participate in capital funding process
- Pro-actively identifies needs/priorities of audience and provides relevant information when sharing insights, including facts and explanation of decision-making criteria
- Tells the story of the product both internally and externally; Provides expertise and guidance to team on Adobe Platform for delivering campaigns
- Gathers and publish metrics that assess project/portfolio usage and health
- Actively works across teams to find synergies and duplication; works with teams to leverage opportunities or remove obstacles
- Negotiates win-win solutions across teams and lines of business (cross application / cross portfolio)
- Builds the MDPand Adobe platform with focus for ability for multiple LOB teams to be tenets and leverage common capabilities and drive efficiency with reuse
- Enables new connections / relationships among partners across multiple portfolio teams
- Guides leadership-level alignment across organization
- Team Management: Proven team management experience including ability to coach and inspire a high performing team on project -based work and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years equivalent experience
- 10+ years of communications experience within a matrix organization
- 10+ years of experience delivering projects and program portfolios inclusive of budgets and financials
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering multiple technical projects of varying duration (1-12+ months)
- Highly skilled experience with developing business presentations for executive-level audiences and developing messaging around business strategies
- Integrated communications experience

- Demonstrated leadership and hands-on experience, ability to mentor talent and motivate others, provide work direction, attract and retain top talent
- Passion for transforming healthcare, solid program delivery skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple matrixed shared services and external partners

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $147,300 to $282,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
