We are looking for a vibrant, positive, friendly individual with the ability to multi-task our office. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and the voice as you greet and meet each customer.
We want to ensure our visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will share all front desk activities, including calls, customer check in, copying each photo ID’s, in addition to completing all necessary paperwork to assist with the customers drug testing services.
In addition to OJT- (On the Job Training) you will need to complete online training to assist you with the knowledge and skills needed to become a great drug screen collector.
The certification tests must be completed within the first 30 days of OJT training. This will ensure you have the knowledge to complete donor drug screenings.
The Front office area is crucial to our image and reputation, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to all customers, and business partners. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and should have a solid customer service approach. (Customer is always right attitude).
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to everyone. (UPS, FedEx, Vendors, new customers, neighbors, etc.).
In addition, we have added a finger printing system to our back office. Imperative that you successfully pass a background check.
Lab Technician Responsibilities
1*. Customer Service-vibrant, positive, and friendly service to all. 2.* Customer sign in sheet-each customer must sign in for service 3. Customer authorization paperwork-each customer must complete an authorization form 4. Request that each adult customer provides a photo ID to be copied by Front desk admin. 5. Receive payment form self-pay customers-EZlabs will not take personal checks. (Business checks are acceptable).6. Ensure timely and accurate customer service , we have a lot of competition and we pride ourselves on providing quick and accurate services daily-(little to no wait time) 7. Maintain front desk tidiness and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, customer forms-sign in sheets are replenished as needed). 8. Light cleanup daily, lobby area, front door window, floors, front desk and lobby area. (as needed) Monitor stock and order office supplies as needed. 9. Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met. Understand the importance of confidentiality –(HIPPA)-no information by phone, no verbal disclosures unless advised/authorized. 10. Knowledge of office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers). Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures. 11. Proficiency in English (oral and written) Willingness to confidently make sale calls to promote drug screen services to potential companies.
Requirements
Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Knowledge of accounting: QuickBooks
Willingness to learn-Trainable
Good Team Player
Excellent communication and people skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
High School diploma: additional related job experience and certification are highly recommended.
Excellent soft skills
Ability to get to work on time- (reliable transportation)

Qualifications
Associate degree, Medical Certification, High School diploma or Equivalent
Previous experience in Drug Testing, Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, TPA-(Third Party Administrator) preferred
Must be comfortable handling specimens that contain bodily fluids
Basic computer skills
Excellent soft skills
Maintain a clean, healthy, safe and drugfree workplace, in compliance with industry protocol
Ability to embrace teamwork
