Part Time Dental Receptionist

Part Time Dental Receptionist needed to join our team! Workdays are Wednesday, Thursday and occasional Fridays. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience. If you have experience working in a medical office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and check-in patients, providing them with necessary paperwork and ensuring all required information is collected
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed

```Experience:```
- Previous experience working in a medical office or dental practice is preferred
- Familiarity with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.56 - $22.36 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
