Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an Senior Administrative Professionalsupport to Space Systems Command International Affairs (SSC/IA).
This position will support Government Leadership in the Division Action Group (DAG), Stratey & Policy, or the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program portfolio.
This is a full-time opportunity located in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
DAG
- Plan, coordinate, participate and execute international partner visits, key leader engagements (KLE), and conferences
- Receive, control, and manage all taskers
- Conduct trip planning and associated administrative support tasks for SSC/IA Leadership
- Provide support in the tracking of personnel and staffing needs within the directorate and assisting in the preparation of manning documents
- Prepare packages for awards, decorations, and evaluations
Strategy & Policy
- Draft and maintain the SSC/IA strategic communication plan
- Keep abreast of internal and external changes to Department of Defense, Air Force, and Space Force International Affairs policies and strategies and support updates to any SSC/IA policies and strategies to align with any significant changes
in Department guidance - Maintain SSC/IA office records in accordance with records keeping guidance
- Develop and update the SSC/IA Mission Brief and newcomers briefing
- Develop strategic messaging as required
- Provide recommendations to the SSC/IA staff on processes and procedures improvements or initiatives
FMS
- Assist in maintaining and updating program/project management documents, developing standard plans and operating instructions/procedures, financial management, developing and maintaining IMS and critical path models, identifying, assessing, and documenting acquisition and acquisition logistics resource requirements, evaluating and responding to Letters of Request (LOR), formulating Letter of Offer and Acceptance Data (LOAD), and Manpower Requirements Packages (MRP)
- Perform a wide range of acquisition and logistics management activities in support of the existing and future Directorate FMS programs
- Assist with case acquisition program planning, scheduling, implementation, execution, and risk management
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance, eligible for SCI and be able to maintain it.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Years' experience: At least 8 years of experience in related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Years' of experience:
Master's degree or higher and at least 10 years of demonstrated experinece in a related field.
- Experience utilizing Task Management Tool (TMT)
- Proficient in the use of FMS-specific software and Management Information System (MIS) applications, to include but not limited to Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate On Line and DSAMS/SAMRS applications
- Experience utilizing Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance Systems (APACS)
- Experience utilizing Defense Travel System (DTS)
