Job Description
OVERVIEW
Provide administrative support to the Petroleum Distribution leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
1. Perform day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, and processing paperwork.
2. Maintains and coordinates department calendars by autonomously resolving scheduling conflicts, as well as preparing for group meetings, including but not limited to: preparing agendas, tracking meeting attendance, reserving meeting space, meeting technology set up, and timely completion of meeting minutes.
3. Compose, type and distribute meeting minutes and reports.
4. Maintain electronic documents, including spreadsheets, and prepare various reports and checklists.
5. Research and gather information needed to assist in the development and administration of special projects. Collaborate with other team and department members to meet project deadlines.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements for the Distribution Department.
7. Monitor and track departmental budgets and expenses including the preparation and processing of P-card receipts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- High School Diploma/GED required
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role required
