HouseMax Funding has additional funding capacity and is looking for active Senior Account Executives who have mature relationships with experienced borrowers to join our team. On average, our Account Executives close 5x's more loans per month than they did at their previous employer. Our C Suite executives are experienced investors who have personally flipped thousands of homes. They understand what borrowers truly need to be successful. Position Summary
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for creating valuable relationships with their network of borrowers as well as evaluating potential customers. They will create new business for the firm through personally discovered leads. The Senior Account Executive will be tasked with advising the client throughout the loan origination process, closing process and lifetime of the loan. Responsibilities will also include overseeing sales strategy and profitability of client accounts and may include some leadership and mentoring responsibilities. A successful Senior Account Executive is extremely driven and motivated by quantifiable results.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Create and expand a network of clients through personally derived leads.
• Manage multiple leads and deals simultaneously without compromising the customer’s quality of experience
• Advise clients on loan origination, closing and in the success of the loan
• Determine viability of leads and potential
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Provide leadership to more junior members within the organization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in real estate transactions and/or sales.
• Proven sales track record with an existing client base and the ability to find and develop leads.
• Must be self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office Suite
The compensation range listed is OTE. This is a commission based position with a monthly draw/advance. There is no cap on earnings.
