ReturnLogic is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is ideal for a seasoned closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and is passionate about driving business growth. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating ReturnLogic's value proposition and tailored solutions to prospects.
- Lead contract negotiations, overcoming objections, and addressing concerns to secure signed agreements.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, accurately forecasting sales projections and reporting progress to management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handover of accounts, facilitating successful onboarding and implementation processes for new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies and maximize results.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of SaaS experience and a proven track record of success in a sales role within a startup. Selling SaaS solutions to e-commerce clients is a huge plus!
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment with a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and challenges, preferably within a start-up or high-growth environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving results and contributing to the growth of a startup.
- Strong familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and other sales productivity tools.
- Ability to work well independently in a remote environment.

Salary
- $75,000 base ($150,000 OTE)
