Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide administrative support
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- File and organize documents both electronically and in hard copy
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Experience:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or secretary in an office setting
- Proficient in or ability to learn phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Yahoo email, and Gmail. Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and/ or Quickbooks Online strongly preferred
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
**This position also pays a yearly bonus of $5,000 (not included in the hourly rate). Salary range including bonus is $41,192- $43,272. The bonus cannot be labeled as "guaranteed". However, bonus has been paid out every year for 20+ years.
