Anytime Autoglass is a family-owned and operated auto and equipment glass business. We are celebrating our 25th anniversary of being in business this year. We have a shop in De Soto and operate 3 trucks traveling throughout 5-6 counties daily with full schedules.
We are in search of an office guy or gal who is ready to jump into the hustle and bustle of our busy office; who will tackle their duties and help us continue to offer quality auto glass services.
Job Duties & Responsibilities.
* Greet in- office customers
* Promptly answer phones on a multi-line network
* Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Take accurate notes regarding customer needs, comments and questions
* Contact and follow-up with customers regarding quotes and scheduling of services
* Communicate with our mobile and shop crews regarding customer details and appointments
* Assist with various clerical duties and other duties as requested
Requirements
* Willingness to learn and apply yourself
* Excellent customer service skills: must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, problem solve and maintain professional composure
* Outgoing and friendly personality but can be stern when necessary
* Possess strong organizational skills
* Time- management skills: have the ability to work quickly and accurately
* Ability to multi-task and follow tasks as assigned
* Strong memory: many tasks and service details are repetitive so the ability to remember procedures and details is imperative
* Automotive knowledge is a big plus!
* Excellent attendance is a MUST!

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
*Hours may vary depending on workload and customer appointments
