We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist/Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of dental office procedures (preferred for dental receptionist role)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred for medical receptionist role)
- Ability to operate phone systems and handle multiple phone lines
- Exceptional customer service skills
