Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. If you have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor, we want to hear from you. MUST SPEAK ARABIC
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including room setup and catering arrangements
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Familiarity with dental office operations is an advantage
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
