BATISTA GLASS CORP is a glass and mirror company in Hialeah, FL. We are seeking a receptionist/secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
Duties include:
- Greet visitors and answer the phone
- Assist with organization and filing of paperwork
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Mandatory to be bilingual
Qualifications:
- Previous office or receptionist experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of general office best practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
