Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist/Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various office tasks.
Duties:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and manage incoming calls, taking messages as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Transcribe and type correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide support to other staff members as needed
Skills:
- Must be bilingual in Engish and Spanish
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary is preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a bonus
