```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and visitors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or secretary role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
