We are an Allstate agency that is currently seeking a friendly, organized and reliable receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, we need someone who can create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our door.
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments and performing various administrative tasks. You will need to be able to multitask and prioritize your duties to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with people from all backgrounds. You should be able to remain calm and professional under pressure and be able to handle difficult situations with grace and diplomacy.
Previous experience in a receptionist role or customer service is a must. We are looking for someone who has worked in a previous Allstate agency and knows the systems to grow with our agency, and who is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.
