Description:
Seasonal Administrative Support staff are responsible for performing a range of clerical, bookkeeping and administrative tasks to support daily operations in the retail office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Bookkeeping data entry for both accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
· Assisting with the Bloom Season Event as needed:
- Giving breaks to bloom season staff when and if needed
- Assisting with creating cash register banks
- Assisting with event cash counting
- Preparing supplies, copies, assisting customers, stocking gift shop, or any other tasks needed to assist with keeping the event running smoothly
· Offering Administrative Support to President, Administrative Operations Manager, Retail Specialists, Wholesale Assistant, and Bookkeeper as needed
· Customer Service: Assist with customer calls and emails
· Input customer orders
· Greet and assist customers that come into the office
· Sign for packages that are delivered
· Assist with getting orders ready for shipping
Hours and Days
This is a seasonal full-time position with hours ranging from 32-40 hours.
Must be available to work Monday-Friday 9-4:30 with the exception of May, where weekend days will be required.
Seasonal Employment: Mid-April-Mid September. Dates of seasonal employment subject to change
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
