What You Will Do:
- Responsible for processing housekeeping invoices for SSG
- Responsible for billing and processing freight charges
- Manage SupplyFORCE Billing error queue and A/R Mashup
- Assist and backup iSAMSupport with billings, transfers, and other duties.
- Review and process return goods
- Review transfer discrepancies
- Facilitate Processing of Customer Billings and Credits
- Facilitate core operations-related duties.
- File and Track Freight/Vendor Discrepancies and Damages
- Ensure that all Operations-related Queues are managed, monitored, or worked, to meet or exceed the required goals/deadlines for each.
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Committed to 100% accuracy.
- Detail oriented
- Strong customer service focus (Internal/external customers)
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel (Advanced), Word
- Familiarity with NCE computer system (Epicor Eclipse)
- Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
- Work cooperatively with team members and customers, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Office Work Environment
- Extensive phone and computer usage
- Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
- Requires regular and reliable attendance
