Job Description
This position will combine a number of important functions for a locally based health care related non-profit. You will play a critical role in the organization as Administrative Support and Operations Manager. You will need to be an approachable, friendly, positive and empathetic representative of our non-profit, often the first point of contact in the community. You will be responsible for all general office tasks, as well as scheduling and hosting Zoom meetings, managing inventory and ordering supplies of educational and marketing tools. You will serve as the key link between Board Members, Staff Volunteers and Stroke Survivors.
The candidate we are looking for will be a self-starter who enjoys a challenging and rewarding position. This individual can efficiently multi-task and possesses the ability to organize tasks given. A strategic thinker who enjoys problem solving while serving the Community.
