- Supervising a professional staff who identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct routine personnel actions, including interviewing, hiring, training, disciplinary actions, merit ratings, and performance appraisals.
- Ensure that staff are able to properly explain to individuals, employers, agencies, and their representatives what their legal obligations are, rights and consequences regarding registrations and the registration process.
- Track and monitor unit staff production and prepare reports for use in evaluating goals, determining performance standards and providing input for agency budget.
Three years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience; OR a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
