Scheduling Manager

The Vernon Dental Specialty is seeking a professional Scheduling Manager to join our team-oriented practice.

The scheduler is responsible for the following:

• Answering phone and transferring calls accordingly
• Scheduling appointments for all practices appropriately
• Confirming appointments as needed
• Making recall phone calls to help fill the schedule
• Check Medicaid assignments
• Checking schedule for practices in advance for schedule changes and patients not on the schedule
• Other duties as assigned

Must be able to:

• Direct calls appropriately
• Demonstrate excellent phone skills/etiquette
• Self Motivated
• Goal Oriented
• Converse in Spanish and English

A minimum of 1-year of administrative experience in dentistry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
