We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office manager and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Coordinator Office manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent time management. Requires good people skills and ability to manage people.
```Duties```
- Manage and coordinate schedules for installers
-Oversee and manage office and feild staff
- Monitor and update calendars to ensure accuracy
- Schedule appointments
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to schedule services
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding scheduling
- Assist with budgeting and tracking expenses related to scheduling activities
- Supervise and train office staff members
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in scheduling and office management
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in calendar management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Net Suite proficiency a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
