```Duties:```
- Schedule surgeries and coordinate all necessary arrangements for patients
- Communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate scheduling and information
- Obtain and verify patient information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with surgical team to ensure proper equipment, supplies, and resources are available for each procedure
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their surgery
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in an administrative or patient service role within a medical setting
- Proficient in medical scheduling software such as eClinicalWorks, or similar systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to surgery scheduling
- Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in scheduling and documentation

-Must have a personal injury experienced
- Fluent in Spanish
