SalaryHodges & Hodges Orthodontics is seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator to join our amazing team and help us create beautiful smiles!
As our Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator you will be expected to greet everyone who calls or enters our office with kindness and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming, friendly, and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Assist with assigned front office tasks
- Maintain patient records and update medical/dental information as necessary
- Handle patient inquiries and requests with patience and professionalism
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office area
Requirements:
- Previous front desk experience encouraged but not required as training will be completed for any applicant hired
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
