Member Services Representative

Our members are the core of our business and the Membership Services Representative is a critical team member who ensures the successful onboarding and delivery of the member experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Membership Services Representative you will be accountable for ensuring members receive an exceptional level of membership support. Each MSR is responsible for interacting with members and group leaders who are segmented into specific geographic regions. Once a member has joined ProVisors, the MSR is responsible for helping new members maximize their membership benefits through customized training using membership tools and resources. Interaction with members is primarily over emails and the telephone through inbound and outbound calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as primary point of telephone and email communication between members and the company, within specific geographic regions.
• Conduct customized new membership training to help members maximize their membership benefits.
• Build strong relationships with members by providing accurate, timely and useful information that drive membership value.
• Work with Regional Directors and support the membership sales process, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years in customer service environment or equivalent.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, and experience using (CRM) tools, specifically Salesforce is a plus!
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.

LOCATION

• Remote position.
• Headquarters in Sherman Oaks, CA.
• Monthly onsite requested.

PAY RANGE

• $20-$26 hourly based on experience and market coverage
