ABOUT THE TECHNOLOGY TEAM
Companies around the world are clamoring to find talent with skills in software engineering, data science, UX/UI design, software architecture, business intelligence, cyber security, cloud computing, Internet of Things, product management, and other skills that can enable the rapidly accelerating digital transformation. The Room is solving this challenge by creating a new supply of diverse, world-class technology talent and matching this talent to global companies that need it.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will utilize your technical expertise and deep understanding of the Salesforce platform to optimize system management. Your role focuses on ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations, providing crucial support to the sales organization. Your responsibilities primarily revolve around maintaining and optimizing Salesforce functionalities to support revenue generation through streamlined processes and automation initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain declarative solutions in Salesforce to streamline business processes, focusing on security and scalability. This involves configuring Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Validation Rules, custom fields, page layouts, and custom objects.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for various applications utilized by our sales and marketing teams, such as SalesLoft, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Crunchbase and others.
- Take charge of data management tasks including data migrations and mass updates required for solution delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the Sales organization and other teams utilizing Sales Cloud, including Fulfillment, Marketing, and Customer Success, addressing their escalations and inquiries.
- Collaborate in the creation and management of insightful Reports & Dashboards catering to users across different levels, from Sales Reps to top Executives.
- Offer guidance and assistance to Sales Reps and Managers regarding processes and systems.
- Work closely with counterparts in Marketing Operations and IT's Business Systems to identify business challenges and automate processes effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration.
- Preference for Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, and/or Platform App Builder Certifications, though not mandatory if proficiency is demonstrated through experience.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously or within a team setting.
- Experience handling large data volumes in solution design is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize and manage requests across various levels of urgency while maintaining focus on long-term projects.
- Process-oriented mindset with the capability to comprehend complex technical solutions and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with team members throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution implementation and support.
- Previous experience in training Salesforce Administrators and/or end-users is desirable
