Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules
- Monitor data and file storage utilization and provide recommendations on how to optimize data storage
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, milestones, assignment rules, approval processes, custom objects, lightning record pages, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom metadata, mobile administration, reports and dashboards
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Create and manage Sandbox environments for development and testing
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform solutions
- Create roadmaps and set priorities, working closely with Salesforce manager and stakeholders
- Own the communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Daily user support Issues for a community of over 1000 users
- Technical and business documentation
- Management of integrated applications including but not limited to Adobe Sign, RingCentral, Hubspot, Forms Solutions, Scheduler, etc.
- Regularly evaluate new Salesforce features and third-party solutions and explain benefits and risks
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration
- 3+ years of experience in computer software admin/development in a company environment
- Experience in implementation and configuration of Sales, Marketing and Experience Cloud and SF Maps
- Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
- 3+ years experience with data manipulation and transformation including data deduping, import (using Data Import Wizard or Data Loader), Data transfer
- DevOps/release management experience
- Experience with creating custom report types and creating simple and complex reports and dashboards (including joined reports)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator or Advanced Administrator)
- Expertise in Salesforce best practices across the platform, including third party applications
- Solid business acumen, with broad understanding of business terminology and processes
- Strong Business and Technical documentation skills
- Strong and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and team-working skills
- Detail oriented in all aspects of their work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and a high level of accuracy
- Must be able to support users in a "helpdesk-like" environment as well as in a project based one
- Experience with Data Integration of Salesforce with third party applications leveraging Salesforce open API is a plus
- Experience working in a healthcare-related organization with an understanding of HIPAA rules and guidelines is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
