Salesforce Administrator I - Digital Experience

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm

Here's What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Business 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree. (Required)
- 1 year of relevant work experience to include:
- 1 years Salesforce Administration experience and
- 6 months experience with Agile software development methodologies & sprint/scrum processes (Required) and
- 6 months knowledge of roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets, and the Salesforce security model (Preferred) and
- 6 months knowledgeable experience in workflow rules, field updates, email alerts, validation rules, process builder, and other Salesforce automation tools (Preferred)
- Salesforce.com Administrator certification (Highly Preferred)
What You Will Do
The Administrator Salesforce I position will perform daily administration and support for THR's enterprise Salesforce platform, including but not limited to: Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud and PExA accelerator. Duties include but are not limited to: user and account maintenance, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields (including formula fields), record types, page layouts, workflow rules, business administrator support and validations. They will also be building simple reports, dashboards and using data management tools like data loader and import wizards to maintain accurate data.
- Responsible for the THR Salesforce daily administration that will include configuration, development, integration, customization and support of the THR enterprise Salesforce cloud environment, including but not limited to: Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, VCC PExA accelerator app and other THR developed apps
- Participate in change management efforts to implement better practices, new processes & improvements in overall performance.
- Assist in planning and coordinating testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
- Planning and administrative skills
- Assists in communications with customers, project team and vendors in a timely manner and escalates issues and risks appropriately.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
