Job Overview
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Salesforce system and supporting our Saber Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include:
Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities
System Enhancement: Facilitate the setup and improvement of Salesforce and its related components.
Subject Matter Expert: Serve as an expert in Salesforce, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Sales Team Support: Collaborate directly with the Sales Team, maintaining vital sales reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Security and Permissions: Establish and uphold Salesforce system security and user permissions.
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance, diagnose issues, and offer solutions, working closely with external Salesforce consultants.
Documentation: Document system designs, processes, and outcomes for clarity and future reference.
Data Integrity: Safeguard Salesforce data integrity through regular audits and analysis.
System Maintenance: Keep systems, user procedures, guidelines, and documentation up to date.
User Training: Train users on new processes and functionality to maximize productivity.
Integration with Accounting: Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure seamless alignment between Salesforce orders and accounting systems.
Salesforce Administrator Qualifications/Experience
Experience: A minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Admin, with a preference for Salesforce Certified Administrator Training.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Electrical Construction Business is a plus.
Sales and Service Cloud Proficiency: A solid understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functions, business processes, and data maintenance.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in understandable terms to diverse stakeholders.
Customization Expertise: Experience in creating custom objects, validation rules, formulas, workflows, and processes, showcasing your technical prowess.
