Huntsman is seeking a Salesforce Administrator supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in Arlington, Texas. This position will report to the Business Intelligence Manager.
As the Salesforce Administrator you will:
- Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Maintain data quality by performing data entry, data cleanup, and data duplication activities.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards specific to building products manufacturing.
- Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, and permission sets.
- Assist with the development and implementation of Salesforce enhancements and new features specific to building products manufacturing.
- Participate in the testing of new releases and upgrades, with a focus on building products manufacturing.
- Work collaboratively with other teams, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure that Salesforce meets the needs of the organization in building products manufacturing.
- Provide training and support to Salesforce users as needed, with an emphasis on building products manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
Required Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Some experience or knowledge in building products manufacturing is preferred.
