Job Scope
Administering our Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and third-party applications. The work includes user access management, issue resolution, roadmap development, application design and enhancement, systems integration, report and dashboard development. Working closely with business analysts and will engage in related activities including requirements gathering, functional analysis, process development, deployment and sustaining support.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Administer and support Salesforce. Provide application users with technical support; Manage user and system problems through to resolution.
Manage user access and licensing adherence. Maintain user roles, permission sets, security, profiles, etc.
Manage and improve upon internal processes. Uphold workflow rules, formula fields, approval processes, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules.
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards; manage and maintain email templates and triggers.
Manage the change control process including sandbox design and release management practices.
Develop and maintain visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integrations to other third-party solutions.
Communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.
Monitor application storage usage and archive data as necessary.
Proactively identify area of improvement and functional gaps in Salesforce.com.
System integration and maintenance.
Day to day support requests.
Analyze and document processes, write procedures and/or policies.
Work and deliver under tight and ever-changing deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or more than 4 years related experience and/or training
experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
experience creating reports and dashboards.
Experience managing installed packages including installation, upgrade and uninstall.
Experience in Sales and Service clouds preferred, Marketing cloud nice to have.
Thorough understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and processes, preferably in a medical device setting.
Experience within an ERP integrated environment preferred, ERP experience nice to have.
Proven record of customer focused, high energy delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Project management experience, both supporting and leading.
Third party applications experience such as ServiceMax and Apttus nice to have.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
