This is a hybrid remote position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office two days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, Tx.
Responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of Salesforce platform. Collaborate with various teams to ensure the efficient operation of Salesforce and play a key role in optimizing workflows and processes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform system configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
- Create and manage profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
- Customize and maintain page layouts, fields, and data validation rules.
- Provide day-to-day user support, including issue resolution, user management, and training.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes and best practices.
- Manage and maintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication activities.
- Perform regular data audits and implement data quality best practices.
- Assist in data migration activities as needed.
- Design and implement workflow rules, process builder flows, and automation processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Build and customize reports and dashboards to meet the reporting needs of various departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and implement solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration. Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 2 years in Salesforce configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
- Experience with user management, security settings, and data management tasks.
- Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with end-users and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
