Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for the Professional Science Master’s Program. This position will report to the Executive Director and be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Professional Science Master’s Program Salesforce CRM as well as supporting its future development.

- Assists with evaluating programs and services, assessing service levels and program progress, and preparing appropriate recommendations.
- Provides technical project management support and outreach.
- Improves and enhances the Salesforce platform, designing scalable best practices solutions and managing the product roadmap.
- Trains and designs, develops, and deploys solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.
- Maintains the system including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, workflows, and security.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two (2) years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Certifications/Licenses

- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple, shifting priorities.
- Proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
- Designing scalable, best practice solutions.

- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Translating requirements into technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts apps, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
Equipment Utilized

Immunization Requirements
Under Policy 60.1.35 Immunization Policy for Rutgers Employees and Prospective Employees, Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption. Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to receive an updated (bivalent) vaccine dose. Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
