As a Sales Manager at Hoffman Weber Construction, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success. You will oversee all aspects of our sales operations, with a primary focus on recruiting, teaching, and training a team of sales representatives to success and scaleable profitability.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Include:
● Hire and onboard sales team members
● Train with an eye towards continuous improvement and support team development
● Incentivize and motivate the team with a culture of top performance
● Measure, compile, and analyze results/metrics in a meaningful and prescriptive way
● Understand forward-thinking tech and be able to utilize and understand it properly
● Maintain the family culture we embrace at HWC
● Actively helping to develop a scalable model
● Work with the production manage to assure quality of jobs turned in.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous role in sales management with proven track record
- Ability to achieve and surpass sales goals personally, and as a team
- Ability to climb a ladder and perform roof inspections
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Recruit and train team members
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of the remodeling and restoration market and trends.
