As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our products. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, overseeing marketing activities, and ensuring effective communication within our team and external partners. XCM – Special project Chariot, marketing on Amazon Fleet, handling messages on Amazon vehicles, helping with 2025 planning and creative execution, helping manage creative briefs, partnering with campaign managers, seeking approvals, taking each campaign through go-to-market, some proofing, revisions, launch announcements, documentation, leading consolidation of work with new items from fleet coming in, stakeholder communication, maintaining timeline/schedule
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Identify customer needs and business objectives.
Define a clear product vision and success criteria.
Rally cross-functional teams to turn that vision into reality.
Project Management:
Handle messages related to Amazon vehicles.
Assist with planning and creative execution.
Manage creative briefs and collaborate with campaign managers.
Seek approvals and guide campaigns through the go-to-market process.
Oversee proofing, revisions, and launch announcements.
Maintain thorough documentation.
Consolidate work related to new items from the fleet.
Stakeholder Communication:
Interact extensively within the XCM team.
Collaborate with external agencies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Coordinate operations and ensure seamless communication.
Maintain project timelines and schedules.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in product management or related roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
Industry Experience: Familiarity with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or Hard Goods preferred.
Skills: Proficient in a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures related to physical goods.
Judgment: Rely on extensive experience to plan and accomplish goals.

Location: Seattle (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $65 - $72 per hour
