Yita LLC, as one of future marketing leaders in e-commerce for Auto-Parts and Furniture has established 5 private warehouses in the United States (Los Angeles, Seattle, New Jersey, Atlanta and Dallas), with totaling more than storage area of 600,000 sqf. Its business ranges from platforms such as Amazon, Ebay, Wayfair, Walmart to self-developed websites. By concentrating on demand-driven innovations, YITA is devoted to serve end customers by indicatively-designed products and self-developed brands & systems.
1. Reserve a vehicle with the carrier base on the arrival time of the goods.
2. Confirm the reserved vehicle will arrive at the scheduled time
3. Complete shipment related paperwork such as invoices, billing of lading, etc.
4. Complete the recording and registration of the appointment form.
5. Negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
6. Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
7. Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
8. Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries.
9. Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
10. Use radio, phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations.
11. Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
12. Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.
13. Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
1. Legal working permit.
2. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin preferably, with ability to interact professionally with drivers, operators and other stakeholders
3. College degree or major in logistic is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
5. Proven experience in dispatching and logistics coordination, preferably in Warehouse industry.
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility, ability to organize multiple activities for self and others and coordinate completion of tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
