We are seeking a highly skilled, connected, and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote outbound sales team. You will be responsible for bringing in cannabis retail leads in the NE territory (MA, NY, CT, MD.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing cannaSaaS company with very near zero competition in our space. And also sell an AI-Chatbot solution, cannabis retailers actually want and need! There is a ton of growth and opportunity here for the right person.
We offer two different compensation models:
Model 1: 100% commission. When an account subscribes, we pay you the full commission.
Model 2: 10% monthly recurring commission for the life of the account, paid monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential prospects
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales results
Skills:
- Proven work experience in technology sales or in retail cannabis is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience working with a CRM (Slack and Outreach)
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Pay: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
