We are currently recruiting for a Systems Engineer to join our Electronic Publishing team! This position can be filled as a Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

• Contribute: You’ll work on a fast-paced, electronic publishing team where you'll have the chance to work in industry-leading technologies supporting publishing, printing, inserting, and mailing of Sentry corporate print. As a Systems Engineer, you will:

  • Work with cutting-edge technology pertaining to corporate print. This includes high-speed printers, scanners and print software.

  • Work with innovative technology pertaining to corporate print mail letter insertion. This includes high speed inserter equipment, piece-level tracking, reporting and document reproduction.

  • Participates in the design, development, and implementation of system configurations, system applications, and services to create publishing print files.

  • Participate in the design and support of publishing and print infrastructure, applications, and platform management utilizing various vendor software packages.

  • Respond to system problems by analyzing the problem, formulating a solution, and changing or repairing the system to avoid costly interruption of service to users.

  • Technologies employed on this team include: Job Scheduling Software, Scripting, Server Administration, Linux, AWS S3, Ricoh Process Director, Videk, Send Pro, Quadient Inspire, AFP, and Mail Tracking.

• What It Takes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).

  • Previous experience in the technologies listed above is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently, drive results, and possess strong communication skills.

  • Strong analytical testing skills.
