We are rapidly growing into new markets and are seeking to add a Sales Assistant to our dynamic and successful team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in domestic and international technical sales. This is a full-time, on-site position at our facility in Sacramento, CA.
Primary responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing quotes and solutions for customers, including gathering specifications, requirements, and contacts.
- Respond to inbound sales calls and chat requests, and make outbound phone calls to support sales activities.
- Handle pre/post-deal data entry and clean up in CRM.
- Assist with post-sale coordination and service contracts.
- Coordinate the Mesotech Technical Partners program.
- Support marketing efforts, including advertising and direct mail campaigns.
- Perform other administrative and clerical activities in support of sales and marketing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in a sales or sales adjacent role (Sales Assistant, administrative assistant for a sales team, etc.)
- Demonstrated competence using MS Office suite, remote collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.) and CRM software
- Fluent in English language, spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email
This position requires access to ITAR restricted information and must be a US Person. Successful candidates will be subject to a thorough background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using HubSpot CRM
- Degree in related field
