Infina Lab (infinalab.com), a dynamic startup dedicated to creating innovative fair-priced products to enhance people's lives, is seeking a proactive and versatile Research Assistant / Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist with product research
- Assist with finding suppliers
- Assist with making product landing page, sales page
- Assist with making product videos
- Assist with exploring new market methods and new sales channels.
- Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of documents, including contracts, proposals, and so on
- Manage office logistics, including tidying the office, ordering supplies, and arranging necessary repairs.
- Ensure all technology tools and devices are functioning properly.
- Provide general administrative support, manage expenses, process invoices, and handle other administrative tasks as required.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Find ways to surprise and delight employees with gifts, cards, flowers, etc., to show appreciation.
- Represent the company and participate in special projects and activities.
- Maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional ability to execute reliably, solve problems proactively, pay close attention to details, and prioritize time and tasks.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Previous administrative and management experience preferred.
