Research Assistant / Marketing Assistant

Infina Lab (infinalab.com), a dynamic startup dedicated to creating innovative fair-priced products to enhance people's lives, is seeking a proactive and versatile Research Assistant / Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist with product research
• Assist with finding suppliers
• Assist with making product landing page, sales page
• Assist with making product videos
• Assist with exploring new market methods and new sales channels.
• Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of documents, including contracts, proposals, and so on
• Manage office logistics, including tidying the office, ordering supplies, and arranging necessary repairs.
• Ensure all technology tools and devices are functioning properly.
• Provide general administrative support, manage expenses, process invoices, and handle other administrative tasks as required.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Find ways to surprise and delight employees with gifts, cards, flowers, etc., to show appreciation.
• Represent the company and participate in special projects and activities.
• Maintain a strict level of confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional ability to execute reliably, solve problems proactively, pay close attention to details, and prioritize time and tasks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Previous administrative and management experience preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
