- In-office, full-time position (8am - 5pm) - Lake Forest, CA
- Act as point of contact for sales reps, customers and vendors
- Manage multiple email inboxes
- Coordinate on-boarding & off-boarding clients
- Set-up and coordinate remote meetings and training utilizing Microsoft Teams
- Update and maintain company documents via Dropbox
- Assist with coordination and organizing events and tradeshows
- Assist with creating templates to be used for email campaigns
- Follow-up calls & correspondence for recipients of samples, smaller accounts, & existing distributors
- Data Entry (must have Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT experience)
- Email and phone follow up
- Process in bound packages
- Assist management with projects
Qualifications:
- Exceptional skills utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint, CRM Management, Adobe, & additional graphics programs for marketing & presentation purposes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while having command of priorities, deadlines, and being able to switch gears at a moment’s notice. Ready & willing to improve skills, learn new things, research improvements & alternatives as necessary to improve efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, prioritization, creativity, forward thinking and vision.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
