Receptionist with Office Admin Responsibility

· At the direction of Office Manager and Construction manager, accurately organize, track, document, and file project documentation.

· Act as a point of contact for Property Managers, Homeowners, Technicians, and others to capture and/or relay information on behalf of Department Managers

· Take on special projects as needed and/or as directed by Department Managers.

· Speed and Accuracy of project material organization, documentation, and filing.

· Customer service skills a must; ability to multi-task; on demand requests for tasks in the department

· Answer phones, as directed.

· Complete filing each day.

· Catalog and complete pictures from field technicians.

· Preparation of technician paperwork for next day.

· Maintain truck call in and daily sign off.

· Organize work order file for accuracy.

· Maintain system for gas reimbursement for technicians reconciled as directed by accounting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
• Construction office: 2 years (Required)
