We are looking for an Office Admin Manager to join our team and provide administrative support and manage tasks for our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing office, coordinating meetings and events, handling incoming calls and emails, maintaining payroll and invoices, maintaining Insurances, Business Marketing. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office daily tasks.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Organize and coordinate events and conferences.
- Market the business by emailing & calling.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain Business related Insurances.
- Assist other office employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
